In February 2026, DOGE HHS released over 220 million rows of Medicaid claims data, marking an unprecedented effort to enhance government healthcare transparency. Analysts are eagerly diving into the released Medicaid data, which encompasses essential details such as billing provider NPI, servicing provider NPI, HCPCS code, year-month of date of service, number of recipients, number of claims, and total paid amount for the years 2018-2024. While this data is incredibly useful for tasks like fraud detection, many individuals find it challenging to download the massive file or utilize it in tools such as Excel.
To address this, we downloaded the Medicaid data by state and organized it into individual files for each state. We also integrated the NPPES NPI Registry with the Medicaid data to provide additional information, including provider name, address, phone number, and authorized official name. Please scroll down to select your state of interest and click the link to download a zipped file. The file will extract to a .csv format, with the layout detailed in the first link of the list.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of healthcare while reducing costs associated with fraud, waste, and abuse, particularly through effective fraud detection. This site aims to share Medicaid data with the public, specifically focusing on Medicaid claims data. The Medicaid file released by DOGE includes over 200 million rows, making it challenging for everyone to download or analyze such a large dataset. Therefore, we have organized the Medicaid data by state, splitting it into individual files for each state. Additionally, we offer custom data analysis services!
